Objectives:

From the project starts to its end, the WP7 aims at achieving the following objectives:

• to ensure identification of challenges and stakes

• to integrate the project complexity and scale in the organisational structure for an efficient decision-making.

• to secure the allocation and coordination of resources (human and financial) in order to reach project objectives within the pre-defined contractual and time frames.
